At Awesoul, we aim to ensure your satisfaction and confidence when shopping with us. We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the unused item in its original condition within 30 days of the delivery date by contacting us.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Unboxing Video: Required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Time Frame: Must not exceed 30 days from the original order receipt.
  • Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered.
  • Shipping Method: Use a traceable shipping method for returns or exchanges. Non-traceable returns will not be processed.
  • Promotional Gifts: If returning an item, include any promotional gifts received. Otherwise, the retail price of the gift will be deducted from the refund.
  • Remote Area Fees: For exchanges or resizing, you may be responsible for remote fees if you are located in a remote area. We will notify you in advance of any applicable fees.

Note: Do not send returns to the address on your package, as it is not our return address and will affect processing.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Production Commencement: Items go into production 120 minutes after payment. Cancellations after this time incur a 30% fee.
  • Final Sale Items: Not eligible for refund, exchange, or resize.
  • Custom Items: Items designed with specific preferences (stone color, metal, chain length) are non-refundable and incur a 35% restocking fee if exchanged.
  • Personalized Items: Items with engravings or photos are non-refundable and incur a 35% restocking fee if exchanged.
  • Custom Sized Rings: Non-refundable if they involve an extra charge.
  • Used or Damaged Items: Items that are worn, damaged, or altered, and replacement items are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Returns are processed within 5 days of receiving your package.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment account or as store credit upon request.

Please Note:

  • Original Payment Account Refunds: Contact a Jeulia representative for authorization.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, even if you received discounted or free shipping.
  • Remote Fees: Non-refundable and deducted from the refund.

Reimbursement: Mountain Pink will reimburse $10 via store credit for return shipping if:

  • The wrong item was received.
  • The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving (must be reported within 48 hours).

Restocking Fee: A 35% restocking fee applies to returns or exchanges for:

  • Customized items with 10K or 14K gold.
  • Customized items with moissanite stones.
  • Returning multiple items (≥ 3 pieces) from the same order.

Self Service Return & Exchange Instructions

  1. Initiate Return:

  2. Return Notification Email:
    • You will receive an email titled “Notification of Your Return Progress from Mountain” within 48 hours with further instructions.
  3. Pack & Ship:
    • Include a copy of your return with the order number, full name, and email address. Use a prepaid traceable method.
  4. Provide Tracking Number:
    • Email us the return tracking number once the package is shipped.

Cancellation Policy

  • Review your personalization/engraving/special order information carefully before submitting your order. Contact us if you have questions before placing your order.
