30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.

Return & Exchange Conditions

• An unboxing video is required.
• The time frame for return and exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
• All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
• When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method with tracking. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
• For returns, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
• For exchanges or resizing, if your location falls within a remote area, you may be responsible for remote fees due to geographical constraints. We will notify you in advance of any applicable fees so you can make an informed decision.
• Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and may affect the processing of your return.

Non-Refundable Items

• Final Sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or resize.
• “Design your own” items, including stone color, metal, chain length, and other selections based on personal preference, are non-refundable. Awesoul Jewelry may charge a 35% restocking fee for exchanges of these items.
• Personalized items with engravings or photos, such as rings, necklaces, and bracelets, are non-refundable. Awesoul Jewelry may charge a 35% restocking fee for exchanges of personalized items.
• Rings with custom sizes are not refundable. Custom sizes include sizes that require an additional custom-size fee.
• Items that have been worn, damaged, resized, or altered are not refundable.
• Items that were worn, or sent to you as a replacement or exchange, are not refundable.

Refunds

• If you want the refund issued to your original payment account, please contact a Awesoul Jewelry representative to get authorization before returning the item.
• The shipping rate before discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we incur the original cost of shipping for every order and do not refund our original shipping cost.
• When returning goods, remote area fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund. We do not refund remote fees paid for the order.

Return Shipping Credit

• The customer received the wrong item.
• The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving. For broken or defective items, customers must contact Awesoul Jewelry within 48 hours of receiving their order.

35% Restocking Fee

• Items customized with 10K white gold, 10K rose gold, or 10K gold.
• Items customized with 14K white gold, 14K rose gold, or 14K gold.
• Items customized with 18K white gold, 18K rose gold, or 18K gold.
• Items customized with moissanite stones.
• Returning multiple items from the same order, meaning 3 or more pieces, may result in a 35% restocking fee for each returned item.
